Nu este același lucru cu aerul condiționat. Vara când este tare cald ne-ar cam trebui aer condiționat la dormitoare. Sistemul acesta poate răci dar puțin de tot. Am dormit cu geamurile deschise la etaj câteva nopți.

Balanced ventilation
Balanced ventilation is the most common form of ventilation in all new homes. It ensures a good indoor climate in all rooms and is energy-saving.
In Norway, there is a requirement for balanced ventilation in all new homes. But there are also many who upgrade to balanced ventilation in older homes to ensure a good indoor climate and save money on heating.
What does balanced ventilation do?
For the ventilation to work in a house, the air must be able to circulate even if the doors are closed. The air flow between all rooms in the home can be ensured by having, for example, threshold-free doors. Balanced ventilation has two main functions. It draws used and polluted air out of the home (exhaust) and supplies clean, filtered and temperate air into the home (supply air).
This is done via two separate duct systems, one to remove air and one to supply air.
The exhaust ducts remove air from the bathroom, kitchen, toilet, laundry room and other wet rooms. The supply air ducts supply clean and fresh air to living rooms such as living rooms, bedrooms and offices.
The ventilation can be adjusted as needed by connecting various sensors such as humidity, motion and CO 2 sensors.

Heat recovery
The heat in the air that is extracted from the home is transferred, by means of a heat recovery, to the air that is filtered and blown into the home.
Up to 85% of the heat in the ventilation air is recovered and you thus save money on heating costs.
Filter that ensures clean air
There are two filters in all Flexit ventilation units. One that filters the indoor air before it is blown into the heat recovery and out of the home. And one that filters the outdoor air before it is blown into the heat recovery and into the home. These filters must be replaced 1-2 times a year.
The supply air in the home's ventilation uses Flexit PM1 filter. Filters in PM1 class stop over 50% of particles and up to 1 μm, ie small particles such as viruses, nanoparticles and car gases. In addition, it stops larger particles such as bacteria, fungi and pollen.
Benefits of balanced ventilation
- Ensures a good indoor climate in all rooms, all year round.
- Saves energy and thus money by recovering the heat from the indoor air to the new air that is blown into the home.
- Gives you control over the indoor air and the amount of air.
- Avoid moisture damage in the home such as mold and mildew, or other unfavorable conditions such as. condensation on the windows.
- Releases cold drafts in the cold season.
- Counteracts radon by reducing the radon concentration.
A balanced ventilation system has a life expectancy of 15-20 years.
